GRYFFINDOR WIN THE HOUSE CUP!
SCARBOROUGH SIXTH FORM COLLEGE IS RED!
Gryffindor’s Glorious Win
It’s happened, folks, the drought is done—
The lions roared and Gryffindor’s won!
Three long years we’ve watched in pain,
As other houses stole our fame.
But now we’re back, our pride restored—
With 4,740 points all scored!
Top of the class (and slightly smug),
We’ll take our crown, and maybe a hug.
Ravenclaw, brainy, gave a fight,
With 4,615, they were almost right.
Slytherin schemed, came 4,470,
(They claim it's rigged—again, evidently).
Hufflepuff, bless, came in last—
2,335, but had a blast!
Now Professor Duncledore, wise and weird,
(With half a beard stuck in his beard),
Has waved his wand and made it so—
The blue must go, the red must glow!
He stood atop the banquet floor,
And bellowed, "Change that décor!"
No more Ravenclaw banners in sight—
Scarborough Sixth College is bathed in Red Delight!
So thank you all, Law students grand,
With statute books in either hand.
You’ve worked so hard, now bask in fame—
Gryffindor’s back in the winning game!
(And if we win again next year…
