📣 A big shout out from the committee to Cory Marie Stade who donated a brilliant book collection to the charity sale that will run on both days of the conference. 📚📖

📣 The committee is happy to announce this year's charity partnership with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust!

🌿 Since the first day of the organisation, the committee has made an effort to reduce the environmental footprint of the conference and we hope you will join us in raising money to help 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆.

On the 26th and 27th of May 2022 the Wildlife Trust will have a dedicated stand outside the conference room. You can make direct donations or get involved in the traditional book and bake sales.

📣 Less than a month to and we want to celebrate by releasing 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 that was designed for us by the amazing Bayla Designs!

♻️ The logo unites different aspects of contemporary archaeology under the green colour of nature🌿 to remark the 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 embedded in this year's event.

📣 The committee is happy to announce that the 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 of this year's conference will be 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻 from the UCL Institute of Archaeology.

Prof. Bevan's uses GIS and spatial analysis as key instruments to understand human activities, site occupation and landscape ecologies.

We look forward to learning more about his research on the 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮. The event will be followed by a wine reception. 🥂🍾🍷
