Get involved in these upcoming beach cleans!! Lots of opportunities to help minimise the amount of marine plastics and litter which have the potential to harm the beautiful marine animals we have along our UK coastlines. It's only a few hours and a lot of fun, promise!

Upcoming beach cleans and other events you can get involved with around the UK. Please contact us for more information on any event on 01872 553001 or email: beachcleans [at] sas [dot] org [dot] uk

This week Rocky our gorgeous female European Lobster moulted. This is because Lobsters along with many other Crustaceans have exoskeletons instead of skin and they must shed these from time to time in order to grow. We left the exoskeleton in the tank so Rocky could reabsorb some of the Calcium, as moulting is very energy intensive, as you can imagine! Hope you enjoy this video. Beth
