We were delighted to welcome BAM Construction to Southport College last week for an inspiring careers talk! 👷‍♂️🏗️

Social Value Lead Sam Cooper was joined by BAM apprentice and former Southport College student Harvey Gilchrist, who shared his journey from college to his current apprenticeship with BAM.

Hearing Harvey’s first-hand experience gave our students a valuable insight into where their college studies can take them and can open the door to exciting career opportunities tomorrow. 🌟

A huge thank you to Sam and Harvey for taking the time to speak with our students and talk about career pathways and opportunities in trades and construction. đź’™

Another exciting day here at Southport College! It's been a pleasure welcoming even more new and returning students to campus after a long summer break.

Today, our enrichment team served slushies and we had a visit from our friends at Natterjack Alpacas! ✨
