We are thrilled to share that our U.S. Winter Break Careers Treks have been shortlisted for the Graduate Futures Innovation in Careers and Employability Award 2026! This award recognises initiatives that demonstrate originality, measurable impact and clear benefits in enhancing student and graduate outcomes across the higher education sector.
Now in its second year, the programme has expanded across four U.S. cities: New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco Bay and Los Angeles, giving students direct exposure to global industries and employers including Google, EY, CitiGroup, HSBC, the U.S. Department of State, NASA, Citadel and Sotheby’s through a curated series of organisational visits and networking opportunities.
The programme is already creating meaningful impact with students securing internships, building mentoring relationships, gaining greater career clarity and expanding their professional networks.
Jonathan Jack, North American Opportunities Manager, said: “A huge thank you to our employer partners, alumni hosts, colleagues and students from across the United States whose support and enthusiasm have helped make this initiative such a success. We’re incredibly proud to see the programme nominated nationally as an innovative model for international employability and student engagement.”
