⭐ Here’s a couple of top tips we recommend doing before visiting us! ⭐

👉 Research into possible course options. This will give you a good idea of who you’d like to speak to on the night.

👉 Write a list of any questions you may have. This will help ensure you get all the answers you need on the night. (But don't worry you can always get in touch after if you think of new questions!)

Here’s what you can expect from a UWTSD Open Evening! 🤩

✅ Firstly you’ll be greeted by our friendly Student Recruitment Team or Student Ambassadors who will check you in and give you all the information you need for the evening.

ℹ️ Then the main event is our information fairs – one with a focus on academic areas to answer any of your course specific questions and the other focusing on our student service areas to answer any other questions you may have.

❓ All the staff and ambassadors are on hand to help with any queries or to point you in the right direction so don’t be afraid to ask!

It's never too late to follow your dreams. ✨

After spending two years in an office job, Emily decided it was time for a change. She contacted UWTSD through Clearing and began a new creative journey studying BA Surface Pattern and Textiles.

Today, she's showcasing her work internationally and building a career in the design industry.

In Emily's words:
"On Clearing Day, I emailed Surface Pattern & Textiles Programme Director Georgia McKie. We had an informal telephone interview where we discussed my education history, and she told me all about the course. I was so excited to begin this new journey. That day, I was accepted to study at the university and the rest is history! My journey is a testament to realising it’s never too late to follow your dreams."
