Dear Parents and Carers

As you may remember from my letter shortly before Easter, once the summer exam period starts on Tuesday 7th May, Monkseaton High School will unfortunately need to use the spaces our Year 7 students are currently based in for their students who will be sitting exams.

Every year we encourage others to take time this week to really focus on kindness and how they can dive deeper to spread Random Acts of Kindness within their community. These one pagers give simple, yet effective lesson plans for your classroom for Random Acts of Kindness week.

Each day should take you about 15-20 minutes (excluding prep/clean up.). You can extend the activities if desired using the Extensions section on the left side of each day. However, simply doing the activities each day is more than enough to bring home the value of Random Acts of Kindness and the impact it has on others, regardless of your age!
