Cake Smash sessions are always a bit unpredictable, which is part of the fun ๐Ÿค

We start with simple portraits on a plain backdrop, and these can include parents and siblings too.

Then we bring out the cake. Some babies go straight for it, some delicately poke it, and some look at us like we have completely lost the plot.

After that, we finish with a little splash bath, which is often one of their favourite parts.

Every baby reacts differently, and honestly, that is what makes the gallery so lovely.

Iโ€™m so excited to share that Christmas Minis are back again! I canโ€™t wait to welcome new families and see the lovely familiar faces who return year after year. Being part of your holiday traditions is something I truly treasure.

Last yearโ€™s sessions sold out faster than ever, and Iโ€™m beyond grateful for all the love and support. To make space for more families, Iโ€™ve kept the extra date this year, giving us three full days of festive Minis. The price remains frozen at just ยฃ49, with a special thank-you discount for my returning full-session clients.

These sessions are designed for children and babies of all ages. If your little one isnโ€™t yet sitting, a parent can join in for support, and of course, adults are always welcome to be part of the portraits too.

โœจ On Friday, sessions will take place at Byfleet Village Hall with my business partner, Lindsay, at Lindsay at The Mummas Village - Elmbridge and Woking. Clients of The Mummas Village Limited will receive a special discount for this date.

Our holiday was just what we needed ๐Ÿ’› It wasnโ€™t all sunshine and perfection of course, the boys had their bickering and we had a few stressful moments, but there were also plenty of cuddles, giggles, and so many lovely times where they played and bonded together.

The private pool was a big hit. We had so much fun splashing and playing as a family, and it also gave me the chance to enjoy some special one-on-one time with each child, where we could talk, laugh, and connect. Those little pockets of togetherness are the memories Iโ€™ll carry with me long after the holiday.

Family life is always a mix of chaos and calm, challenge and joy, thatโ€™s exactly what makes it so worth capturing. Every hug, every burst of laughter, every quiet look of love is a piece of your story, and I feel so grateful to help families turn those fleeting moments into something to treasure forever.
