Module 1 - Understanding the Impact of Su***de or Suspected Su***de

The aim of this module is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of the potential impact of su***de or suspected su***de on individuals, groups, and communities, the importance of appropriate responses, and how those affected may be able to access effective support and/or resources.

Learning Outcomes:

✅ Understand the impact of su***de or suspected su***de

✅ Doesn’t mind popping the kettle on and helping to make the brews
✅ Is a good listener and enjoys chatting with people
✅ Is passionate about mental health and wellbeing
✅ Is kind, welcoming and happy to join in

As a volunteer, you’ll help create a relaxed and friendly space by helping to set up, joining in with arts and crafts activities, and offering encouragement and conversation to the people we support.

A love of art or being a bit crafty is a bonus - but not essential. What matters most is being warm, approachable and supportive.
