We have an exciting Body and Mind Renewal session with Joanne Bull for members only happening on the 12th October! This class will be separate from our weekly classes and unlike the weekly classes you will need to book tickets on the YUSU page (link to tickets in bio!)
There are only 12 spaces available for this class so if you would like to come along please book a ticket as soon as possible! If you need to purchase membership first, this can also be found on a link in our bio:) Prior to attending the session you will need to fill in a healthcare form which will be emailed to you once you have bought the ticket.
Below is some information on this class:
This hour-long class will offer Satya somatics, which is a simple breathing and yoga practice followed by singing bowls. It will be a perfect combination for body and mind as the stretches and breathwork calm the nervous system and the therapeutic sounds calm the brain. This could be a perfect mid-week reset! No experience is required. Some equipment is provided but please bring a cushion and blanket with you as the body cools down at the end of class. It is important to stay hydrated too so don't forget your water bottle. This class is not suitable if you have sound-induced epilepsy, have metal plates, a pacemaker or, are pregnant.
