York St John welcomes all former students, staff and associates to become members of its Alumni Society. This includes individuals who have completed short courses or those who were not able to complete their course.

The votes are in! With over 500 votes, it was too close to call, so this year's Big Summer Read will have two books!

Hex House by Amy Jane Stewart, and Featherfall by Jerry Ibbotson were both written by Creative Writing MA alumni.

It was wonderful to see so many alumni written books in this year's shortlist, and we hope you will join us in this year's read-along between June and August. We'll share more details of how to take part closer to the start date.
