香港城市大學學生會評議會 City University of Hong Kong Students' Union Council 在監察方面，評議會負責監察學生會幹事會、編輯委員會以及城市廣播。同時，亦負責監察學生會的所有轄下組織，包括學院及學部聯會、學科聯會，附屬組織和宿生會。本會透過監察各組織的日常運作、財政運用、選舉活動等，維護和保障學生會會員之權益。

在立法方面，本會負責學生會會章草擬及修訂的工作，以配合學生會之發展。

評議會 (Union Council) 是香港城市大學學生會的五大中央組織之一。
