Women@Dior Mentoring Programme 2026 🌟

The Women@Dior 2026 cohort of mentees from CUHK Business School started their mentorship journey at the Welcome Event on 12 May ✨

The event brought together mentors and mentees for enriching conversations 🤝 and provided students with valuable insights into professional development. Participants had the opportunity to connect with industry professionals from a range of fields thus laying a strong foundation for meaningful mentor–mentee relationships. Mentees also had the chance to visit the Dior pop-up store at Landmark 🛍️, adding an industry dimension to their experience.

This is the start of a year of learning, collaboration and shared experiences, as we support students’ personal and professional development while fostering lasting connections within the Dior community💫

A new generation of responsible business leaders is born! ✨

Building on the success of our previous collaborations, we took the Responsible Business Workshop (RBW) 2026 to the next level this year with our partners – Nagoya University of Commerce & Business (), National Chiayi University and National Tsing Hua University – under the Asian Business Education Network (ABEN)! 🚀

We restructured the programme into three dynamic modules, where students explored responsible business practices through:
🌟 Sustainability-focused Study Trip in Taiwan
🌟 Interactive Online Workshops
🌟 Sustainability & Technology-focused Study Trip in Hong Kong

We were also proud to host talented students from Hanyang University, enriching the programme in Hong Kong with diverse perspectives and vibrant cultural exchanges! 🌏

A massive thanks to all the organisations and companies in Taiwan and Hong Kong for their generous sharing and hospitality!

Following the success of our international outreach in Jakarta last year, the Undergraduate Office is keeping the momentum going! We have extended the Business Academy to Hanoi!

During the visits, Dr Fred Ku, Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies), led students from two high schools through a dynamic session on Game Theory, while giving them an insider’s look into what vibrant student life is really like at CUHK.

We also held meaningful discussions with the schools to explore future collaborations. We are dedicated to building strong institutional bridges so that more exceptional international students can benefit from a transformative business education.

A huge thank you to the schools and the wonderful students in Hanoi for welcoming us so warmly. We cannot wait to welcome them into our CUHK Business School family soon!

Business Networking Workshop for Student Ambassadors: Wine as a Business Tool 🍷

Mastering the art of the "business social" is a key part of our Student Ambassador journey. Following the Dining Etiquette Workshop on Orientation Day, this session took our ambassadors beyond the CUHK campus, giving them an authentic taste of the business social scene through a refined wine experience in a real-world setting.

Through lively demonstrations and hands-on tasting, our ambassadors learned to decode the language of wine lists and master toasts that spark meaningful exchanges across cultures. The workshop focused on building confidence, helping our ambassadors turn everyday social moments into valuable connections.
After all, it is often these small moments that quietly shape big opportunities in the business world. 🌍

There is more to come as our ambassadors continue their journey of growth and discovery! 🌟 Stay tuned!

We are delighted to have Prof Adrian Tam (OneMBA, 2010) and Mr Stephen Yuen (PACC, 2007), mentors from the Undergraduate Mentorship Programme, to support the mock interview and CV clinic respectively, giving students personalised advice and professional insights.

During the session, students had the opportunity to practise one-on-one interviews, receive performance feedback, and refine their CVs to better showcase their strengths and aspirations. It also provided a valuable chance for students to connect with industry professionals.

A heartfelt thank you to our mentors for generously sharing their time, experience, and encouragement, and for empowering our students throughout their learning journey 💙
