There are many commonly held ideas about Gen Z and their work ethic. The positive perception is that Gen Z is tech-savvy and will suggest quick and pragmatic solutions to streamline their work. On the other hand, they are regarded as less motivated, isolated from their teams, and disengaged from their jobs. When working with your Gen Z colleagues, are these the attitudes you have encountered? Are these myths widely shared and are they even true?
