City University of Hong Kong (CityU) Student Development Services (SDS) initiated the Service Leadership Training Programme (SLTP) with the objective of developing a positive attitude and a service-driven mind-set in students. SLTP provides a platform for them to develop planning, organizational and leadership skills in the service of others and to learn to work with teammates from vari
ous academic disciplines and collaborate with people from all walks of lives. Programme Objectives
The programme primarily aim is to enable students to redefine their roles in a positive way, analyses issues from a wider perspective and reflect on their life purposes through service learning experiences. As a result, the program can install good work attitude, communication and a service-driven mind set into our students.
