香港大學天文學會成立於一九五九年，是全港首個成立的天文團體。

香港大學天文學會成立於一九五九年，是全港首個成立的業餘天文組織。半世紀以來，本會抱著推廣和普及天文宗旨，和香港的天文界一起成長、進步，建立了不少寶貴的回憶。我們的幹事在投身社會之後仍不遺餘力，或向大眾推廣天文，或從事天文研究，澳門科學館總館長暨前任香港太空館館長葉賜權先生和著名天文科學家江國興博士就是當中的翹楚。
時至今日，香港大學天文學會仍秉承歷屆幹事的傳統精神，竭力在校內外普及天文。活動除中學生天文班、大學天文班、交流團、迎新營、觀星營和書展外，本會幹事亦經常到中學及社區舉辦講座及協辦活動。

[🪐天文雙週 2025✨]

好耐以前，喺銀河系，抵抗勢力同邪惡帝國正在作戰。銀河手藝隊係一班熱愛天文嘅創客，擅長手工藝製作嘅佢哋收到抵抗勢力嘅求救，將會喺 U-street 售賣精心設計嘅紀念品，以籌備資金……

今年嘅天文雙週會喺 4 月 7 日到 4 月 17 日期間舉行，屆時我哋會喺 U-street 售賣我哋精心設計嘅紀念品，包括：T-shirts、衛衣、帆布袋、各款燈飾同埋明信片等等，仲會寄賣各種天文儀器。同埋我哋亦會喺天氣許可嘅時候，同大家喺百周年花園三樓進行太陽觀測嘅活動，俾大家有接觸望遠鏡嘅機會，有興趣就記得留意我哋嘅限時動態！

A long time ago, in the galaxy, during a time of conflict between the Resistance and the evil Empire, the Resistance, having stolen the Empire’s design plans, needed to raise funds to fight back. The Crafter of the Galaxy, a group of astronomy-loving creators focused on handmade crafts, received a distress call from the Resistance and decided to sell their carefully designed souvenirs on U-street.

Find us on U-street, where we‘ll be showcasing this year’s collection of merchandise. From trendy T-shirts and cozy hoodies to fashionable tote bags, an array of enchanting lighting decorations, collectible postcards, and even premium consigned telescopes - we‘ve got your galaxy of desires covered. And that’s not all! Join us for solar observation activities on the 3rd floor of Centennial Garden, where, weather permitting, You are invited to observe the sun‘s magnificent brilliance through our telescopes. This experience offers a valuable opportunity to engage with the principles of solar science. Stick around for story updates for the latest news.
