Agenda
1. Adoption of Agenda.
2. To nominate and elect the Council Chairperson, if the post is left vacant,
3. To nominate and elect the Council Vice-Chairperson of the current Session,
4. To nominate and elect the Representative of Law Students' Society in Union Council, if the post is left vacant,
5. To receive and adopt the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting together with all the minutes of all Extraordinary General Meetings which may have been held since the previous Annual General Meeting,
6. To receive and adopt the annual working report from the Executive Committee of the last Session prepared to the end of the Session,
7. To receive and adopt the annual financial report and account statement from the Financial Secretary of the last Session prepared to the end of the Session,
8. To receive and adopt the working report and financial report of the Election Board, and
9. To receive and adopt the year plan and financial budget of Executive Committee of the current Session prepared to the end of the Session.

Appendix:
1) Full members of the Law Students’ Society are welcome to attend the meeting.
2) This meeting will be held through ZOOM.
3) In accordance with Section IV, Article 4, sections 1, 2 and 3, this Annual General Meeting will be convened and chaired by the Council Chairperson of the previous Session, and if there is a Council Chairperson for the Session elected, he will chair the meeting once he is elected.
