On behalf of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, I would like to inform you that the nomination period for the Election of Office Bearers of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, Session 2019-2020 is going to start at 00:00, 14th February, 2019.

According to the Constitution of Computer Science Association, Engineering Society, HKUSU, all candidates should be in the form of parties. Nomination for election shall only contain the names and signatures of candidates, together with the names and signatures of the proposers and seconders, and must be in the hands of the Internal General Secretary, or the Chairperson not less than 10 clear days before the AGM is to take place. The template of the nomination form can be obtained at CS Area, CPLG104. The list of all nominations will be posted within 3 clear days after the closure of nomination.
