【「CEO接班人」暑期實習計劃2026啟動儀式🚀】

✨商學院今年共有15位同學參加了由YPA青年專業聯盟舉辦的2026「CEO接班人」暑期實習計劃，並於早前出席了啟動儀式。

活動當日，就讀會計二年級的上屆實習生郭泓樂同學獲邀擔任學生代表，向今屆同學分享他上年的實習心得💡。大會亦特設訓練營，透過一系列團隊建立活動，全面提升大學生的自信心、溝通能力及團隊精神。👍

【’CEO Successor’ Shanghai & Shenzhen Internship Programme 2026 Kick-off Ceremony 🚀】

✨This year, a total of 15 students from the School joined the ’CEO Successor’ Shanghai & Shenzhen Internship Programme 2026 organised by the Youth Professional Alliance. They recently attended the kick-off ceremony.

On that day, Carson Kwok, our Year 2 Accounting student and an alumnus of last year’s programme, was invited as the student representative to share his internship insights and experience with this year’s cohort💡. A training camp was also held, featuring a series of team-building activities that fully enhanced students’ self-confidence, communication skills, and team spirit. 👍

Looking ahead, we anticipate students broadening their horizons during their 1.5-month internship in Shanghai and Shenzhen and getting ready for their future careers. 🔥

【學生成就｜Retail Reimagined Challenge 2026 商業案例大賽】

🌟 熱烈恭喜商學院一組三年級主修市場學的同學，成功晉身由香港零售管理協會（HKRMA）與青年成就香港部（JAHK）合辦的「Retail Reimagined Challenge 2026」商業案例大賽總決賽。他們從 50 支大專院校隊伍中脫穎而出，成功晉身 17 強。

💡 團隊以「市場競爭力（Competitive Retail）」為主題，為合作企業大家樂集團提交企劃書，提出多項創新建議，協助品牌年輕化，並加強與年輕客群的互動。

✨ 評審團對同學的創意予以高度評價，尤其讚賞他們以大家樂招牌菜作為原創 IP 核心，並結合整合行銷傳播活動，加深品牌與 Gen Z 客戶的情感連繫，讓品牌在激烈的市場競爭中成功突圍。他們的企劃書亦深獲業界青睞，相關合作夥伴正積極考慮在實際營運中落實推行。👍

🌟 A huge congratulations to a group of our Year 3 Marketing students from the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, for reaching the Finale of the Retail Reimagined Challenge 2026, co-organized by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) and Junior Achievement Hong Kong (JAHK). The team was selected as one of only 17 finalist teams from over 50 entries.

💡 Taking on the theme “Competitive Retail”, the team developed a proposal for the partner organization, Café de Coral, putting forward innovative ideas to rejuvenate the brand and enhance engagement with younger customers.

✨ The judges were highly impressed by the students’ creativity, especially how they leveraged Café de Coral’s signature dishes as the core of an original IP. By rolling out an integrated marketing communications campaign around this concept, the team strengthened the brand's emotional connection with Gen Z customers and helped it stand out amid intense market competition. Their work has even attracted industry interest, with potential plans for real-world implementation. 👍

The BBA (Hons) in Marketing programme at Hong Kong Metropolitan University keeps pace with market trends, encouraging students to step out of the classroom and into the real business world, engage directly with brands and young consumers, turn their creativity into real-world experience, and make their own mark in the industry.

🌟HKMU student startup team ‘OnAn Technology’ received the Merit Award in the Hult Prize Hong Kong Summit 2026. ✨The team consists of two Business students (Bobo Tsui and Agnes Ho). Following their success as one of the top eight finalists and winner of ‘The Most Innovative Idea’ at the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge 2025-26, the team demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial potential by once again emerging as one of the six finalists out of 17 competitive teams in the Hult Prize semi-final. 👏 👏 👏

【🌟Future HR Talents Hackathon 2025/26】

✨由四位商學院A-Team同學（Gigi Fung、Bobo Siu、Charles Cheng和Asim Mohammed）組成的團隊在Future HR Talents Hackathon 2025/26中表現卓越，榮獲冠軍🏆。

是次比賽由香港管理專業協會人才資源管理社主辦。團隊透過剖析企業的人力資源案例進行分析，並提出創新而有效的解決方案💡，在眾多院校隊伍中脫穎而出。除了現金獎勵外，同學亦獲得影子實習的機會。恭喜！🎉👍

✨A team of four A-Team Business students (Gigi Fung, Bobo Siu, Charles Cheng, and Asim Mohammed) won the Championship 🏆 at the Future HR Talents Hackathon 2025/26, organised by the HKMA Human Capital Management Society.

The team stood out by analysing a real-world human resources case study from an enterprise and proposing an innovative and effective solution 💡. In addition to a cash prize, the students received a valuable job shadowing opportunity.
