【Presenting the BALSE Memory Book 2022】

Dear students, alumni, and colleagues,

We are proud to present the BALSE Memory Book 2022 which records the history and development of our programme over all these years.

We hope the pictures and words of sharing would evoke your fond memories and a sense of pride for the path that we have treaded together! You may, as well, find yourself in one of those precious pictures!

On 27 May 2022 (Friday), BA(LSE) organised the Graduation Consultation Cum Prize Presentation Ceremony, in which BA(LSE) alumni Dr Andy Chiu and Ms Tevin Fang shared their journey after graduation with final year students and gave them valuable career advice. Besides, Dr Anita Chan and Dr Lawrence Ho presented the awards to winners of Scholarship for Community Services and BA(LSE) Scholarships for Outstanding Academic Performance of 2021/22.

BA(LSE) Staff-student Consultative Meeting of Semester I 2021-22 was successfully held on 11 November 2021 (Thursday). Student representatives and the programme academic staff discussed about the challenges students faced, the opportunities available, and the support students might get from the course lecturers and the programme office.

【BA(LSE) alumnus Mr Cheung Chun Mo Wins Outstanding Prospective Teachers Award】

BA(LSE) alumnus Mr Cheung Chun Mo, current student of the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Primary) at The Education University of Hong Kong, was presented with the Gold Award in the 8th Outstanding Prospective Teachers Election. Mr Cheung hopes to become a primary school teacher who teaches Mathematics and General Studies in the future.

Congratulations to BA(LSE) graduate Hu Wan Leung!

Mr Hu was awarded 'President's Appreciation 2019/20' for his exemplary achievements in community service. He participated in many voluntary services both locally and overseas.

Mr Hu will continue to study in our university for a Postgraduate Diploma in Education to pursue his dream of becoming a teacher.
