YHKCC is hosting our 17th Annual School Swimming Gala on 14 May 2026 at 12:00 PM, and we're inviting Parents, Students, Alumni, and Teachers to form teams for our special 2 x 50m Invitational Relay! Kindly arrive at 11:30 AM for registration.

Kindly inform us if you are interested but are unable to form a full team!

Good afternoon. To celebrate it, we are going to have a 20th Anniversary Relay, similar to last year. The Parent-Student-Alumni-Teacher 4 x 100m Relay will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday 24th March at the Tsing Yi Sports Ground.

We are recruiting alumni to form a team of four runners (without gender limitations), please share the teams with Ms. Kit Ng on or before Wednesday 18th March. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants are encouraged to wear costumes that showcase their team spirit, making this event a vibrant celebration of our community and a fitting tribute to two decades of Sports Day festivities!

Dear Alumni,
Each year, the YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College Alumni Association holds its Annual General
Meeting (AGM) during the International Fun Fair (IFF).
However, due to the recent Tai Po fire, the school
has decided to cancel this year’s IFF, and the Alumni Association understands this decision.
Nevertheless, in accordance with the Association’s constitution, we are unable to adjust the AGM timing. Therefore, we hereby schedule the AGM on the following date and time, along with the election for the 2025-2026
Executive Committee. (This term has only 7 members running, so confirmation of support is required
without a contest.) We sincerely invite all members to attend, participate, and vote. Details are as follows:
Date: December 6, 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 10:30 AM
Venue: Room 401, YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College
All alumni may arrive starting at 10:15 AM on the day to sign in at the registration counter at the
meeting venue. All members have the right to speak. Members will be able to vote at the meeting to elect
the new Executive Committee.
Relevant AGM and candidate information for the Alumni Committee will be attached to this letter.
Given that the AGM is not being held alongside the IFF, which may result in lower attendance, we
have confirmed with the school that online voting via forms or proxy voting by appointing other members to
vote on the day is permitted for this year’s meeting. Online votes carry the same validity as in-person votes.
If members are unable to attend on the day, we kindly request that you vote online in advance or
appoint a proxy.
