We are delighted to invite you to Pulse, the Douglas Street Campus Photography Graduate Exhibition 2026.
The opening reception will take place on Friday, 5 June, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The exhibition runs until Friday, 12 June 2026.
This year’s exhibition, Pulse, highlights the personal and expressive qualities that underpin each photographer's unique visual language and creative practice.

The exhibition features work by graduating photographers: Jack Allen, Barbara Emilyn Cardona Lopez, Jean Connolly and Daniel Villegas Moran
The exhibition will be officially opened by former student and internationally recognized artist Izabela Szczutkowska.
Location: Urban Pantry, The Fifth Quarter, Paul Street, Cork
Public Opening Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
· Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 am - 5:00pm

With Ireland experiencing record-breaking May temperatures, extra care is needed to help pets stay safe in the heat ☀️🐾

Dogs and cats can overheat much more quickly than we do, especially during exercise, travel, or time spent in warm cars and enclosed spaces.

During warmer weather, we recommend:
🦮Walking dogs early in the morning or later in the evening
💧 Ensuring pets always have access to fresh water and shade
🚫Avoiding leaving pets in parked cars, even for a short time
🥵Watching for signs of overheating such as excessive panting, lethargy or distress
