Calling all Foster Carers!

A research study being conducted by Nicole O’Connor (primary researcher) as part of the Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at University College Cork (UCC), is exploring foster carer-child relationships and what helps make them stronger.

If you are currently fostering a child under 18 on a full-time basis and have been doing so for at least 6 months, your input would be greatly appreciated!

What’s involved?

• A short, 20-minute online survey.

• Taking part is completely voluntary, and you can stop at any time. Your answers will be anonymous (we won’t ask for your name or any identifying details), and confidential (your responses will be stored securely and won’t be shared with anyone outside the research team).

• Your insights can help improve support for foster families and children.
