DIFE Drogheda Institute of Further Education A college of further education serving Drogheda and the surrounding areas. We offer over 50 full time courses leading to Level 5 & Level 6 awards.

We are a college of further education situated in Drogheda, serving Drogheda and the surrounding areas. We offer a wide range of courses in:
-Art, Design and Technology
-Business, Humanities and IT
-Culinary Arts levels 5 and 6 QQI
-Sports, Leisure and Tourism
-Community and Health Care
-Applied Science
We also offer a range of different Night Courses in partnership with Louth Night Classes. It is

our primary aim to provide Further Education courses of the highest quality to school leavers, adults returning to college and those who wish to further their carer or education potential. LMETB's Registration Charity Number (RCN) is CHY 20927

Drogheda Institute of Further Education was delighted to have staff members Brian Fitzpatrick and Carla Tackney attend the Transforming Consent Education in Further Education and Training conference on behalf of the college today.

The event, delivered by Active Consent, highlighted the important work being carried out to support positive consent education and foster safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environments across Further Education and Training.

As a college, DIFE looks forward to implementing the valuable resources, research, and findings shared by Active Consent across both staff and learners, continuing our commitment to student wellbeing, awareness, and positive campus culture.
