New research from the Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery, RCSI. Health policies shape the care people receive every day but understanding what makes a policy successful isn't always simple.

Our latest paper introduces the Integrated Policy Analysis Framework (IPAF), a new approach that draws on established frameworks to look at the bigger picture, helping researchers and healthcare leaders understand how policies are designed, put into practice and experienced by people.

Developed by Dr Elizabeth Morrow and Professor Mary Lynch, IPAF aims to support stronger, evidence-informed decisions for healthcare systems internationally.
