Alumni Spotlight: Sean Buckley

A graduate of the Diploma in Management and Employee Relations, Seán has built a distinguished career in financial services spanning more than three decades and was recently appointed Director for Area East at Bank of Ireland covering Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow.

He is grateful for the opportunities that have shaped his career but his greatest fulfilment comes from helping others grow, realise their potential, and succeed.

When asked if he had any advice for today's students, Seán emphasised the importance of staying curious, embracing opportunities, and not worrying if you don't have everything figured out: "Keep learning, build strong relationships, and believe in your potential. You may be surprised where the journey takes you."
