UCD ISOC UCD ISOC is a platform to help raise the voices of the Muslim and Non-Muslim members, allowing you t There is literally something for everyone!

The Islamic Society in UCD was established in 1991, with the aim to serve and represent the growing Muslim student population on campus. It provides a platform for students to develop themselves and work towards bringing a positive change to our society. The Islamic society is dedicated to helping Muslims and Non-Muslims on campus develop academically, spiritually and socially. It is also aims to help clear any misconceptions about Islam by engaging in dialogue with Non-Muslim students on campus and developing unity and collaborating with other societies. The ISOC is a very diverse and dynamic society with a wide range of activities and events conducted throughout the year catering to all types of people. These range from charity events to exhibitions, talks, sports, classes, debates, outings and much more! We welcome anyone to join us!

We all want somewhere to belong.

Whether it’s home, a friendship group, or your local sports club.

When the Prophet pbuh arrived in Madina, he built a mosque.

But it wasn’t just bricks and mortar - it was a place where strangers became family and faith brought people together.

It was the community hub, the spiritual focal point.

And yet loneliness is on the rise.

Mental health issues are increasing.

UCD ISOC is pleased to announce the return of the Islamic Sciences Course, taught by Sheikh Mustafa, beginning this October, InshaaAllah.

📚 Level 3 – Advanced Studies
• Islamic Economics | الاقتصاد الإسلامي

Inter-ISOC Freshers Camp is back for a full weekend away at Larch Hill, and we’ve got a lot planned 👀

From hikes, archery and camp Olympics to quiz night, Qur’an cave, halaqa and morning adhkar, there’s something happening all weekend. A chance to get away from the usual routine, meet people from different ISOCs, spend some time outdoors and make a few memories along the way 🤍
