A visit to Aerogen, in motion 🎥 | Take a look behind the scenes of our recent visit to Aerogen, where our Marketing Masters students had the opportunity to step inside one of Galway’s leading medtech companies and get a closer look at the people, work and career opportunities within the organisation.
The visit brought our students together with Amy Flynn, Global Corporate Communications, and John Kennedy, Global Corporate Communications Associate, both University of Galway - J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics alumni and graduates of our Marketing MSc programmes.
Students also heard from Rosa Quadros, Dave Mescal, Head of People & Organisational Development, Ciara Power, Global Corporate Communications, and Michelle McLoughlin, Senior Specialist, People Operations, at Aerogen.
From hearing about careers and professional journeys to exploring the work taking place across marketing, communications and people development, the visit gave our students a valuable opportunity to connect what they learn in the classroom with the realities of working in industry.
It was particularly great to see our alumni Amy and John back on campus and sharing their experiences with the next generation of Marketing Masters students.
A huge thank you to Amy, John, Rosa, Michelle, Dave and Ciara for welcoming our students and giving them such an insight into life and careers at Aerogen.
And thank you to our J.E. Cairnes School marketing academics, Dr Declan J. Fleming, Dr Patricia McHugh and Dr Sinead Duane, for organising the visit and creating these opportunities for our students to engage directly with industry.
