Their mother died at the age of 52 after living with FTD (Frontotemporal Dementia). Now, facing the same diagnosis, Jordan Adams has chosen to respond in a remarkable way.
He is undertaking the challenge, along with his brother Cian, in memory of 12 relatives who lived in Ireland, who all died from FTD, an early-onset form of dementia which can affect people as young as their forties.
The brothers are also fundraising for the Alzheimer Society of Ireland and their non-profit, the FTD Brothers Foundation. You can support the challenge by donating to these worthy causes here 👉 https://www.gofundme.com/f/theftdbrothers
