Our Colleagues in Academic Advisory will be hosting the Exam Results Information Centre to answer any questions you may have about your exam results when the issue on June 24th. The Centre will be open from Friday 24th until Friday 15th July (Monday -Friday) and can be contacted at [email protected] there are no drop in appointments available all queries will be answered via email, scheduled MS Teams Call or scheduled phone call. If you have any questions about your results you should email them from your student email and include your student number on the email.

Now that the exams are completed and whilst you are awaiting for your results we would recommend that you spend some time looking at Course Finder for the next year of your programme. If you have just completed first year we will be offering some Information Sessions for you on June 22nd and 23rd to help you understand your choices. We will have Prof Joseph Coughlan from the Business Department advising you of your transfer options from MH101 to the denominated Business courses and will have Ms Natasha Marron, Careers Advisor advising you on how to use their service and if you are thinking of Teaching as a Career what you need to know now when making your choices. We will also present sessions on the subjects and electives choices as well as a session on Understanding your Exam results. As we are now in the last week of the semester and the academic year we wish you the best of luck with your upcoming exams.

First years students progressing into second year have a look at our webpage for some valuable information to help you choose your subjects / modules / pathways for second year: https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/programme-advisory-office

Check your personalised exam timetable, check the date, time, venue and then double check it again.... you don't want to be the student who turns up the day late for your exam or in the afternoon when the exam was scheduled for the morning and then have to register for the August Supplemental Exam.

Get some rest over the coming days too and manage your stress and anxiety levels.... our Counselling Service is available to you if you need help or want to talk to someone, their details are available here: https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/student-services

The Exam Results Information Centre will open following the issue of the exam results and will be available to assist you understanding your exam results and the implications / options you have. You can contact them at [email protected] from June 24th until July 15th.

Registration for August Supplemental exams will open via an online form on the Exams Office webpage on June 27th and the August exams are scheduled to be held from 3rd August - 13th August inclusive.

Consultation Day following the issue of the exam results is scheduled for June 28th.

We hope you are enjoying your Easter Break. You have only two weeks of lectures remain , so you should be using the time to revise and be prepared for your exams. For our First Year students we in the Programme Advisory Office have some information sessions running next week to assist you with your choices for your degree pathway. We want you to
The sessions , four in total are as follows:

- Subject and Elective Choices for Science Students

- Exam Results Explained

- What is an elective?

The sessions will be held on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th April and registration is required to enable you attend. Our newsletter for this week is linked helow and lectures finish this week on Thursday as the Easter break starts, you will then return to lectures on Monday 25th April. We are open this week for any questions you may have.

First year students keep an eye on your email this week and next as we will be contacting you with information about our Campaign where we will be showing you how to choose your second year modules, advise you on elective choices and the different pathways available within the MH101 degree.
