Institute of Management Studies (LJIMS) was established in the year 2001 under the aegis of Lok Jagruti Kendra Trust as an AICTE approved postgraduate institute of Gujarat Technological University imparting a two year full time MBA program. Institute of Management Studies which has a combined intake of 300 – ( 1st shift 180 + 2nd shift 120) and the MBA programmes offered by L. Institute of Comput

er Applications and L. Institute of Engineering and Technology with an intake of 60 each. The total intake of LJMBA is 420 which is one of the largest intakes in Gujarat. LJMBA offers three specialisations : Marketing, Finance and Human Resource Management. Till date, 14 batches have passed out from LJMBA and the institute has an alumni association called Antarang having a total alumni strength of more than 4000. Vision: LJMBA will be a key player in management education and corporate development by promoting creativity, scholarship, innovation and excellence. Mission: LJMBA will endeavour to create dynamic professionals equipped with conceptual clarity, practical knowledge, efficient soft skills, self confidence, innovativeness and ethical concern.
