We are proud to announce the launch of a fully functional ECMO programme at SGRD Vallah, equipped with an in-house ECMO machine and round-the-clock dedicated perfusionist support.

Until now, Amritsar lacked a full-time operational ECMO facility, and patients requiring ECMO support had to be referred to Ludhiana. Unfortunately, many critically ill patients could not survive the delay involved in transfer and initiation of ECMO.

With this programme, timely ECMO support is now available locally, improving access to life-saving care and potentially reducing preventable mortality.

We look forward to collaborating with you for early referrals and optimal patient outcomes.
