MGMU-IHM recently hosted an intensive Bakery & Patisserie Workshop specifically designed for our Hotel Management and culinary students. From mastering the science and perfection of macroon to the delicate art of bon-bon, these future hoteliers are officially raising the bar (and the dough!).

To conduct this workshop Chef Yash Zinjurde was invited on 10th April 2026 working as and executive bakery chef at Bangalore as well as a proud alumni of MGMU-IHM.

This was possible under the guidance of our Hon’ble Chancellor Shri. Ankushrao Kadam, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. Vilas Sapkal, Hon’ble Registrar Dr. Ashish Gadekar, Director Dr. Kapilesh Mangal, Dean Management & Commerce Dr. Ranit Kishore, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Parmindar Kaur, Co- Conveners Dr. Pushpa Gore & Dr. Rupesh Bhavsar and the entire organizing team.
