ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ವ್ಯತಾಸವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ರೂ.6 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಆದಾಯವಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಗೃಹಸಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.6 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇಕಡ 6.5 ಬಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಭರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ,ಅವರು, ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ರೂ.6 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಶೇಕಡ 6.5 ಬಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಭರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
