We are privileged to declare that the Reunion of the alumni of the Department of English (PG & UG) will be held on the 21st of January, 2018 (9 a.m. onwards). The Department of English has always been a centre of excellence in all respects and has catered to the service of the community through its scholarship, its working environment, and its cultural entrepreneurship. We are aiming at bringing together the scholars, academicians, celebrities, corporate tycoons, administrators, and all stalwarts of different times, shaping their educational career in this heritage institution. We are hopeful of providing them with a common platform for discourses and facilitating their nostalgic journey towards the golden time they spent here. We most cordially solicit the gracious presence of all the ex-students of the department, the teaching faculty of different times, and those who were associated with the department in one way or the other. We also make an earnest appeal to all to register themselves positively by the 15th of January, 2018, by clicking on http://onlineadmissionbcc.in/Alumni/Alumni_reg.aspx. The deadline should be strictly followed since registration at the last moment may lead to problems in extending hospitality. The registration fee is Rs 500 (Rs 300 for research scholars not drawing any fellowship and students pursuing further studies). However, any amount of donation from the ex-students will be highly appreciated.
