The women of BRC Subcommittee meets on every 14th of the month. They discusses their roles and responsibilities and problems in implementation of Start Up Village Entrepreneurship Program and regularly meets with BPM Bawani Khera for different issues and challenges.
They also assess the performance of Community Resource Person- Enterprise Promotion (CRP-EP) in every meeting and also appraise the loan application which came from Village Organizations and gives their report to Ujala Mahila Mahansangh,( Block level Federation), on every 15th of the month.

Through Start Up Village Entrepreneurship Program, BRC Bawani Khera are motivating the women Village Organizations and Self help groups for creating new enterprises which will end poverty from villages and through Enterprise formation their family can be self sustained.

Rekha, a Micro Entrepreneur from kungar Village in Bawani Khera block, Bhiwani District, Haryana , is one of the few women, who fought with poverty very hard. She is one of the few women from the member of Ujala Mahila Mahasangh, who came out from poverty through Entrepreneurship. Her Cloth Shop has uphealed her from poverty and from her hard work and firm determination, she has managed to get rid of poverty. Start Up Village Entrepreneurship Program has helped her in diversification of her existing business. She diversified her cloth business and add Cosmetics Products and Beauty Products too in her Shop's Wardrobe.
Her Husband also supported her in each and every moment.
A lady who has got respect by her work and everybody knows the shops in her village. SVEP also intervened in handholding Support. Surendar, A Community Resource Person- Enterprise Promotion (CRP-EP) guided her in writing books of accounts and Performance tracking of her enterprise.
In her own words," I've got everything from my customers and they really help me in terms of giving feedback and this support me a lot ."
In future , she wanted to start her own Beauty Parlour for which she is preparing hard.
