LONG TERM VISION -EMPOWERMENT THROUGH VARIOUS SKILLS:

We intend to devote our resources to help youth, who are dropouts, under educated, youth, who cannot pursue their higher studies due to financial problems etc, irrespective of caste, creed and religion through the courses in Hotel Management

YOUTH BECON OF HOPE:
Seeing the signs of our time, where the youth stand between the past and the fut

ure, we felt convinced that instead of condemning the youth, it is time to believe in their potentiality and help them to have basic skills that will give them inner strength and the confident to be contributors and thus be a beacon of hope to the Society and in the process find their own fulfillment in life

Most of them trained are now working:
It is very encouraging to note that the first 2 batches have totally completed their course of one year and obtained the necessary certificate, which has helped them to secure jobs in Three to Five Star hotels with minimum pay of Rs. 8000 to 10,000 per month, as initial payment and while, they are in training period, they are observed and in the process, these youngsters are selected directly by different hotels to be part of their family.
