SISTec organized yet another edition of Swagat: The Staff Induction Program, continuing its legacy of fostering growth, unity, and a strong sense of belonging among its team members.
Through a series of engaging sessions, the leadership shared valuable insights into the institution’s culture, vision, and responsibilities, helping new team members seamlessly integrate into the SISTec family. The program also featured interactive introductions, creating a warm and inclusive environment for all new joinees.
