EDP & IIPC Centre of Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement (GITA) Bhubaneswar , successfully completed the Training and Awareness programme on “ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARENESS CAMP (EAC)” from 27th January’15 to 29th January 2015.

The programme was sponsored by National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board ( NSTEDB) and Directorate of Science & Technology (DST) , Govt. of India.

The Objective of the camp to create awareness among the students and faculties of Engineering, Science & MBA about various facets of entrepreneurship as an alternative career option.

The Program was mentored by Prof. S.N.Mishra, Director of EDP & IIPC Centre,GITA, Sri C.R.Patnayak, Regional Director ,EDII,BBSR, Sri B.N.Panda& Sri Gopal Roy both from EDII,BBSR, B.Mohanty,General Manager ,IDC,Bhubaneswar, Sri S.P.Pathy, AGM (SME CCC), Sri Ramech Chandra , Sr. Manager both from SBI,BBSR,Main branch, Sri Sangram Mohanty , TA to Minister (MSME), Govt. of Odisha, Prof. P.K.Mohanty Dept of Mech engg., Prof. Samir Ku Das Dept of Elect & Electronics Engg, Prof. (Dr.) Manmath Kumar Roul, Principal GITA, Cdr. On the first day Prof. (Dr.) Sidhartha Sen, HOD Electrical Department, IIT Kharagpur and on the second day Prof. (Dr.) Bidyadhar Subudhi, NIT, Rourkela shared their precious knowledge on the topic with our students.

We are thankful to all the faculty members and the students to make this seminar a grand success.

organised a week long workshop on Vedic Teaching & Guidance from 19/01/2015 to 24/01/2015, inside its campus in collaboration with International Gaudiya Vedanta Trust.

The main theme of instructions was on the following subjects.
• Stress Management.
• Time management.
• How to deal with depression?
• Moral values.
• Removing anxiety.
• Drug addiction.

In this context both staffs and students participated effectively in the program to improve their moral ethics and make them successful in their endeavors.
