Established in 1995, Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management (KAIM) is in its 16th year of service to the student community and ultimately to serve our society with the missionary zeal to prepare, groom and develop professionals as per the industrial and social norms. The prudent step of creating a productive institute of management studies was taken by prestigious Dadri Education Society (DES)

, established in 1961.It owes its experience to the inspiration, pioneering work and farsightedness of its founder Late Sh. The Faculty of Management Studies focuses on management education more than just business management. The commitment is thought leadership with a deep understanding of business. The approach to pedagogy combines fieldwork, case studies and instrumented feedback with a strong emphasis on concepts and theory. The intent is to encourage intellectual curiosity and open minds to the adventure of ideas.

Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management (KAIM), Charkhi Dadri, proudly hosted a significant interactive session with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Nayab Singh Saini, aimed at promoting sustainable practices in the district. The event was conducted through video conferencing at the Sneh-Ravi Auditorium of KAIM.

The institute provided a vibrant platform for meaningful dialogue, bringing together key dignitaries and public representatives under one roof. The session highlighted the importance of sustainability and community-driven initiatives, reinforcing KAIM’s commitment to supporting progressive governance and regional development.

Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management (KAIM) organized a fire mock drill on campus in collaboration with the Fire Department, Charkhi Dadri, to promote fire safety awareness among students and staff.

The team demonstrated the use of fire safety equipment and explained emergency response procedures. Participants actively engaged and gained practical knowledge.

The institute expressed sincere thanks to Mr. Nafe Singh and his team for their support in making the drill successful.

Today was not just an industrial visit… it was an experience we will carry in our hearts.

Students of BBA 6th semester from KAIM visited SKH Metals Limited, Kharkhoda, Sonipat, and words feel insufficient to express the warmth we received. From the very first interaction, we didn’t feel like visitors — we felt a sense of belonging.

The welcome, the kindness, and the genuine care shown by the entire SKH team made us feel incredibly special. The presence of the Plant Manager, HR, Safety, and Production teams reflected a culture of respect and togetherness that left a lasting impression on all of us.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Vikrant Singh (Plant Manager) for his valuable time, warm interaction, and for personally welcoming our students.

Sincere thanks to Mr. A.K. Singh (Head HR) for granting us this opportunity, and to Ms. Khushboo for guiding the students with such patience and dedication throughout the visit.

A very special appreciation to Mr. Sushil Nagar (Safety Head), who became a favorite among the students. His constant presence, detailed explanations, and mentoring approach, like a teacher, turned the visit into a true learning experience.

We are also thankful to all departmental experts who shared their knowledge so generously and made every process easy to understand.

And with deep gratitude, we thank our proud alumnus Mr. Arun Yadav (1998–2000 batch) for making this visit possible and for his continuous support and cooperation.

This visit will always be remembered not for what we saw, but for what we felt — woh apnapan, woh respect, woh dil se ki gayi mehmaan-nawaazi.

Today, KAIM successfully organized Management Fest 2026, under the theme “Think like a Manager, Act like a Leader.” The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of BBA, BCA, and MBA programmes and aimed at enhancing managerial competencies through engaging, activity-based learning. The fest featured a variety of team-based competitions and management games designed to develop teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills among students. Participants actively showcased their creativity, coordination, and decision-making abilities, making the event vibrant and highly engaging.

In the competition results, Ms. Ishika and Ms. Diksha from BBA 4th, along with Ms. Tanisha, Ms. Sakshi, and Ms. Priyanshi from BCA 4th, secured the First Position. The Second Position was achieved by Ms. Diksha, Ms. Nishu, Ms. Annu, Ms. Pooja, and Ms. Deepti from MBA 2nd year. The Third Position was secured by Mr. Keshav (BBA 6th), Mr. Krish (BBA 2nd), Mr. Vivek (MBA 2nd), Mr. A***n (BBA 4th), and Mr. Sanchit Bansal (BBA 6th).

The event concluded on a successful note, with faculty members appreciating the participants and organizers for their efforts and congratulating the winners for their outstanding performance. The fest not only provided a platform for experiential learning but also inspired students to think strategically and act as future leaders.

The students of MBA Second Semester from KAIM visited Somany Ceramics Limited, Bahadurgarh, today. The visit provided students with valuable practical exposure to the manufacturing process of floor tiles.

During the visit, students closely observed the complete production cycle—from the initial stage of clay processing to the final stages of finishing and packaging. This hands-on experience helped them bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industrial practices.

The KAIM family extends heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed alumnus, Praveen Jangra, for arranging this insightful visit.

We also express our sincere thanks to Mr. Vinod from the HR Department for facilitating the visit, sharing his valuable insights, and motivating students to strive for success in their careers. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Rajan from the Technical Department for explaining the entire manufacturing process in detail and patiently addressing students’ queries.

We are also thankful to Mr. Adesh Tyagi and Mr. Mahaveer Saini for their support in making this visit successful.

A Case Competition was successfully organized for the students of BBA and MBA at Sneh & Ravi Auditorium. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and provided them with an excellent platform to showcase their analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

The competition aimed to encourage critical thinking and enhance students’ understanding of real-world business challenges and strategic decision-making. Each participating team consisted of two members who presented their case studies in a structured and systematic manner.

In a closely contested event, the first position was secured by Mr. Khushal and Mr. Brij for their case titled “BCCI: From Dusty Grounds to a Billion Dollar Empire.” The second position was bagged by Ms. Prachi and Ms. Darsh*ta for their case “Zepto: Making 10-Minute Delivery Profitable.” The third position was jointly awarded to two teams: Ms. Ishika and Ms. Diksha for their case “Nykaa: Changing the Indian Beauty and Personal Care Market,” and Ms. Kareena and Ms. Kalpana for their case “Lakshadweep: A Journey from Place to Destination.”

The Best Presenter Award was conferred upon Ms. Purnima for her case “Sasta Sundar Venture Limited: Health Buddy or Own Pharmacy Stores?”

The event concluded on a high note, with participants gaining valuable learning experiences and faculty appreciating the efforts and creativity of all teams.

Today, the BBA students of Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management (KAIM), Charkhi Dadri visited Yakult Danone India Private Limited, Sonipat, for an industrial visit.

During the visit, students learned about the manufacturing process of the probiotic drink Yakult, quality control practices, and modern production techniques used in the plant. The company officials also briefed the students about the importance of probiotics and the company’s operations.

The visit provided students with valuable practical exposure and helped them understand real-world industrial working.

The institute sincerely thanks the Yakult team for organizing such a wonderful and informative visit and for sharing their valuable knowledge and experience with the students.

Another achievement has been added to the academic record of Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management (KAIM) as its MBA Batch 2023–25 students secured positions in the Overall Merit List of Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, which is prepared on the basis of performance across all semesters.

In the recently declared results, Vidhi Jain secured the 12th position with 78.81%, while Yashika secured the 19th position with 78.11%, bringing pride to the institute.

The Management, Director, and faculty members of KAIM congratulated the students and their parents and appreciated the efforts of the faculty in guiding students towards academic excellence.

Students of Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management (KAIM), Charkhi Dadri, returned today from an exciting recreational tour organized by the institute to Rishikesh, Mussoorie, and Dehradun. The tour was conducted from March 6 to March 8, 2026, providing students with an opportunity to relax, explore nature, and strengthen bonds with their peers.

During the three-day tour, the students visited several famous tourist attractions in the scenic hill stations of Rishikesh, Mussoorie, and Dehradun.
