Sairam Institutions has signed an MoU with Intelli Education Groups, IEG Campus, Malaysia, establishing a dynamic international partnership aimed at enhancing academic excellence and global opportunities for students and faculty.

Through this collaboration, both institutions will jointly work on research-driven academic initiatives, dual-degree programs, and globally recognized certification pathways. The MoU also covers the design and implementation of skill development programs aligned with industry demands, fostering future-ready talent. 📘

Key areas of collaboration include faculty and student mobility, cross-border university-industry partnerships, and the promotion of Malaysian higher education to Indian students. We are delighted to share a moment of great pride and achievement featured on Thanthi TV News—a dynamic student team from Sri Sairam Engineering College has made the nation proud by being one of the only two teams selected from India and among the top 38 teams worldwide to participate in the prestigious University Rover Challenge (URC) held in the United States.

What makes this accomplishment even more inspiring is that the team is working under the direct mentorship of the distinguished alumnus, Mr. Veeramuthuvel, Project Director of ISRO’s Chandrayaan Mission. His guidance has been instrumental in shaping the team’s innovative approach and technical excellence.

The team had earlier brought laurels to the country by winning an award from the Hon’ble President of India for their outstanding performance in a similar Rover Challenge conducted by ISRO.

This is a shining example of Indian youth excelling on the global stage in the field of space exploration and robotics. Congratulations to the entire team and mentors for making India proud!

Sairam SDG Ideathon 5.0 — Grand Finale Successfully Concluded!

With immense pride and enthusiasm, we announce the successful completion of the Grand Finale Pitch Fest & Award Ceremony of Sairam SDG Ideathon 5.0, held from May 5 to May 7, 2025.

This transformative event brought together a powerhouse of 2,740 aspiring innovators, guided by 17 panels of industry experts, to tackle an astounding 5,647 problem statements inspired by the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Throughout the finale, the spotlight shone on trailblazing ideas—rooted in sustainability, social impact, and real-world feasibility—crafted by young changemakers determined to make a difference.

More than just a competition, the event was a movement of purpose, innovation, and collaboration, powered by the core values of Sairam Institutions—inspiring a generation that doesn’t just imagine a better world, but builds it.
