🌱 MCC BBA 2nd Years – Agri-Entrepreneurship at Farmguru, Sholavaram! 🚜

As part of our Outreach & Life Skills Program, our MCC BBA 2nd-year students visited Farmguru, Sholavaram, for a hands-on experience in organic farming and agri-entrepreneurship, aligning with SDGs 2, 12, and 15.

We enjoyed activities like bullock cart and tractor rides, fishing, sowing grass in paddy fields, and fun games like dodgeball, tug of war, and hoop pass. The welcoming hosts, delicious food, and phone-free bonding made the day even more special!

A big thanks to Farmguru for this enriching and unforgettable experience! 🌾💚

Industrial Expert Meet: Bridging Academia and Industry

As part of our Silver Jubilee celebrations, Madras Christian College hosted an inspiring Industrial Expert Meet on Dec 14, 2024.

Esteemed alumni Abey Thomas (AVP, Barclays) and Dileep (Founder, Wandering Scholars) shared impactful insights on experiential learning through CSR initiatives, internships, and industry immersion.

Panel members Dr.D.Armstrong Doss (Head, Department of Business Administration), Dr. R. Esther Hepziba (Placement Officer), and Asha Srinivasan (Placement Representative) joined the discussion, emphasizing strategies to build industry-ready talent and foster strong academia-industry partnerships.

The BBA Department of Madras Christian College had a beautiful Christmas celebration on December 9, 2024.

The evening was filled with melodies of Tamil, Malayalam, and North-East carols, stirring choir performances, lively instrumental music, energetic choreography, and a thought-provoking mime drama.

Dr. Arun , our esteemed guest graced the occasion with an inspiring Christmas message, and the event ended on a cheerful note with Santa Claus joining the festivities, spreading smiles and dancing with everyone.
