Grace Bible College An Institution for Academic and Ministerial Excellence It was established on July 4, 1981 with a vision to train Christian Leaders and Missionary.

Grace Bible College is a leadership, Theological and Missional Institution of the Evangelical Baptist Convention (EBC) which is a member of the Asian Baptist Federation (ABF) and Baptist World Alliance (BWA). Initially, the medium of instruction was in Paite dialect, but it was converted into English medium in 1992. In the beginning, classes were held under the ground floor of Dorcas Hall, New Lam

ka, the Secretariat of EBC until it was shifted to the present location in 1992. The college was started with twenty students and today it has increased to about 175 students. The college has so far produced 1,356 graduates who are working as Pastors, Missionaries, Evangelists in different denominations and Para-churches all over India and abroad, such as Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh. The college is also blessed with more than 2,886 stake holders in the form of patron membership and others. At present, the college has also been blessed by 401 stake holders, another set of supporters, who contributed regularly, a monthly financial support for “the students support project” of the Grace Bible College. The managing board of the college is preparing to introduce Master of Theology degree in the near future. The managing board has also drawn vision 2050 in order to facilitate research facilities in the college programs.

Our Story

Grace Bible College was established on July 4, 1981 with the motto: Teach, Entrust and Witness (2 Tim.2:2). It is the official Leadership cm Theological and Missiological training institute of the Evangelical Baptist Convention (EBC), a member of the Asia Pacific Baptist Federation (APBF) and the Baptist World Alliance (BWA) which has its Headquarters at Dorcas Hall, New Lamka, Churachandpur, Manipur, India. However, the college accepts and treat at par all students coming from different backgrounds and denominations. From its inception, Grace Bible College strives to give the best theological training by balancing academic excellence and spiritual maturity. It also introduces Integral Mission subjects with the purpose of helping the students to develop a holistic approach of mission. Moreover, Grace Bible College is committed to uphold and impart the core Evangelical teachings such as the supremacies of Grace, Faith and the Scripture.

Grace Bible College offers the following programs of studies: Dip. Th (for class X passed), B.Th (for class XII passed), M. Div (for secular graduates/B.Th passed) and MTC (for lay leaders in local dialect). The college is supported by both EBC HQ and individuals who love the Lord and have passion for mission works.
