We were delighted to welcome Ms. Meera Tripathy, Associate Consultant, TCS, Bhubaneswar, as the distinguished speaker for the session.

🌟 ABIT at Jibana Jindabad 2.0 🌟

The students and faculty members of ABIT Autonomous, Cuttack proudly participated in “Jibana Jindabad 2.0”, an inspiring awareness initiative organised by the Commissionerate Police, Bhubaneswar–Cuttack, under the We Care Initiative on 04-10-2026.

The programme, guided by the motto “Nasha Mukt Yuva, Viksh*t Bharat”, focused on empowering young people and students to choose a life free from addiction, embrace positivity, and contribute towards a healthier, stronger and developed society.

🎤 BPUT TECH CARNIVAL 2026 | GROUP DEBATE COMPETITION

ABIT Autonomous, Kataka proudly served as the Venue Partner for the Group Debate Competition at BPUT Tech Carnival 2026, held on 30 September 2026.

The event brought together enthusiastic and articulate young minds who showcased their critical thinking, communication skills, confidence, and ability to engage with diverse perspectives.

It was inspiring to witness participants exchange ideas, present compelling arguments, and demonstrate the spirit of healthy intellectual competition. Such platforms play a vital role in nurturing leadership, creativity, effective communication, and professional skills among students.

Department of MBA, ABIT (Autonomous) Organizes Industrial Visit to OMFED Mega Dairy Plant, Arilo, Govindpur, Kataka

On 26th September, 2026, the Department of MBA at Ajay Binay Institute of Technology (Autonomous) organized an industrial visit to the OMFED Mega Dairy Plant at Arilo, Govindpur, Kataka. Students from both 1st and 3rd semesters participated in this enriching educational and practical tour.

Our students gained firsthand exposure to large-scale dairy operations, observing the complete milk processing workflow from procurement and quality testing to packaging and cold chain management. The plant manager guided the students through OMFED’s cooperative business model, supply chain network, and the stringent quality control measures that define every OMFED product.

The visit provided MBA students with valuable insights into operations management, supply chain logistics, and the unique farmer-centric cooperative structure that powers Odisha’s White Revolution.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the management and staff of OMFED Mega Dairy Plant, Arilo, for their warm hospitality and for sharing their expertise with our students.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, ABIT Autonomous, Cuttack, organized an industry visit for the 3rd Semester Mechanical Engineering students to the Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar, on 25 September 2026.

The visit provided students with valuable practical exposure to advanced manufacturing, tooling, machining, and industrial technologies, helping them connect classroom concepts with real-world engineering practices.

The Department of MBA at Ajay Binay Institute of Technology (Autonomous), Kataka, successfully concluded another insightful edition of "Alumni Connect" on 19th September 2026.

We were honored to host our distinguished alumnus, Mr. Raja Biswal (Senior Executive, SAIntellect Solutions), who delivered an invaluable session on the "Digital Marketing Career Roadmap."

🩸 Blood Donation Camp 2026

A successful Blood Donation Camp was organized by ABIT–PMCA in association with Dr. Narayan Chandra Pal Charitable Trust on 23 September 2026 at PMCA Exhibition Hall, Kataka.

With the enthusiastic participation and generous support of donors, the camp successfully collected 138 units of blood. ❤️
