On the 31st of August our event Baatcheet chapter 5 tackled one of the most contentious and emotionally charged issues in criminal justice: life imprisonment or capital punishment for criminals.
The event unfolded in the presence of our esteemed professors of Graphic Era University, Dr. Yuvraj Joshi, Dr Suman Naithani, Dr Gaurav Dimri and Dr Bharti Sharma. Who's presence made the experience invaluable.
The room was filled with diverse perspectives, and the atmosphere was electric with passionate debate and thoughtful reflection. The participants brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, presenting arguments that spanned legal, ethical, and human rights considerations. The discussion was intense, yet respectful, as participants grappled with the moral complexities and societal impacts of each option.
The mix of languages broke down barriers, making the complex issues at hand easier to relate to and understand. The event along with the extremely mesmerizing performance by Rangmanch turned out to be a huge success . In the end, Baatcheet wasn’t just an event—it was a powerful reminder of the importance of open, honest dialogue on the tough issues that define our society. It left everyone with much to ponder as we continue to explore the paths of justice. 💫✨️
