The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized an insightful industrial visit to the Opto-Electronics Factory, Raipur, Dehradun, where students explored advanced micron-level manufacturing processes including CNC machining, grinding, turning, and assembly of sophisticated optical-mechanical systems used in defence applications.

The visit provided hands-on exposure to modern manufacturing technologies, strengthened problem-solving abilities, enhanced teamwork & communication skills, and deepened understanding of practical engineering applications in the industrial sector.
