གོ་སྐབས་འདིའི་རྒྱུད་ནས་དཔལ་ས་སྐྱ་མཐོ་སློབ་འདུས་སྤྱི་ནས་སྐུ་ཞབས་ Stanley བཟའ་ཚང་གཉིས་དང་ལས་རོགས་རྣམས། གཞན་ཡང་ལྕམ་ Le Anh དང་འབྲེལ་ཡོད་ཀུན་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་དང། བསམ་དོན་ཆོས་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་པའི་སྨོན་འདུན་ཞུ།

At the gracious invitation and generous support of Mr. Stanley and Mrs. Tuyet, Venerable Khenrinpoche Jamyang Jinpa, Principal of Sakya College, accompanied by two teachers and a staff member, visited Vietnam this month. We extend our sincere appreciation to the hosts and all those involved for their warm and generous hospitality.

This vocational visit offered a meaningful opportunity to travel across Vietnam, appreciate its cultural and historical heritage, and engage with its people, whose dedication, humility, and strong faith in Buddhism left a lasting impression.

The delegation visited the Translation Hub of the Vietnamese Buddhist Association in Hanoi and Vietnam Buddhist University in Ho Chi Minh City, where both meetings were constructive and fruitful.

During the visit, Khenrinpoche Jamyang Jinpa delivered teachings on the “Four Mindfulnesses” to members of Microtec and One Pay, and presented a summary of Nāgārjuna’s Letter to a Friend to a group associated with Mrs. Li An. Informal evening Q&A sessions with Dharma practitioners were also held, with translation provided by Venerable Palden Dhondup.

We conclude by expressing our heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed to the success of this visit, particularly Mr. Stanley, Mrs. Tuyet, and Mrs. Li Anh. May this merit be a cause of buddhahood for all beings.

Today, the 25th of April 2026, venerable Palden Dhondup and venerable Jamyang Dorji presented their thesis paper during the Annual Dissertation Examination of the Third-year Sutra-Tantra Doctorate students, held at Gorum Library in Sakya College.

The examination was presided over by His Eminence Thartse Khen Rinpoche with a panel of four distinguished judges: Khenchen Khenrab Sangpo of Sakya College, Khen Rinpoche Jampa Dawa of Gongkar Choede, Khen Rinpoche Jamyang Samphel of Sakya Magon Shedra, and Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Gonpo of Sakya Vajrayana Institute.

Also present were Khen Rinpoche Jamyang Jinpa, visiting Khenpos and Geshes, Khenpos, teachers, and students of the college.

Today, the 16th of April 2026, the Administrative Committee of Sakya College finalized the syllabus for the academic year 2026–2027 and appointed two new assistant teachers. The assembly of khenpos, teachers, and students also democratically elected the new academic year's disciplinarian, members for the Welfare Committee and Environment Committee, and a bell-ringer.

ཁ་སང་ཕྱི་ཚེས་ ༡༢ ཉིན་དཔལ་ས་སྐྱའི་མཐོ་རིམ་སློབ་གྲྭའི་ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༥ ནས་ ༢༠༢༦ བར་གྱི་སློབ་ཁྲིད་རྣམས་མཇུག་ལེགས་པར་གྲུབ་སྟེ། དེ་རིང་ནས་ལོ་འཁོར་རྒྱུགས་སྤྲོད་ཆེན་མོའི་སྟ་གོན་དུ་རྩ་བ་བློ་རྒྱུགས་ལེན་བཞིན་པ།
Yesterday, on the 12th of April 2026, the syllabuses for the academic year 2025-2026 at Sakya College were successfully completed. Today, the students underwent the root-text memorization exam in preparation for the upcoming annual examinations.
