It aims to provide the aspiring women of India a learning environment to meet the challenges of changing environment and encourage them for continuous innovation and learning. The

program is made to equip the young minds with skill-based practical business management knowledge and analytical skills and develop entrepreneurial capabilities to facilitate them in emerging as Business Leaders. Currently the Department of Management offers elective courses in diverse domain of Management for UG and PG students including:

1. Three Year - Full Time Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
2. Two Year - Full Time Master of Business Administration (MBA)

📌 With an incredible 39 registrations, the quiz tested not only knowledge but also speed, accuracy, and corporate awareness.
🔥 From visual rounds to corporate focused questions, participants battled it out for the top spot.

🏆 Winners: Team Manthan (A***n Pathak & Arnab Kumar from Hindu College, University of Delhi) proved their mastery with quick thinking and teamwork.


🥈 Team MI (Manan Ahuja & Ishika Agarwal from Fore School of Management) gave a close fight and impressed with their strong performance.

Step into the shoes of a CEO, CFO, or CMO and take charge of a fictional company facing tough corporate dilemmas. Handle unexpected crises, defend bold strategies, and prove you have what it takes to command the boardroom.

🌀 *Competition Structure:*
*Round 1 – Strategy Case Submission (Online)*
📌 Receive a real-world business case. Submit a 1–2 page PDF action plan. Top teams shortlisted on feasibility, innovation & clarity.

*Round 2 – Boardroom Presentation (On-Campus)*
📌 Present your strategy to a panel of “board members” and face challenging questions. Max 10 slides. 5–7 mins presentation + 2–3 mins Q&A.

*Final Round – Crisis Twist!*

On 12th September 2024, 26 MBA students from IGDTUW's Department of Management, IGDTUW attended the 2nd International Conference on Green Hydrogen India at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
From Saina Nehwal to Hardeep Singh Puri, the conference buzzed with insights on:
-Hydrogen 2050 vision
-Clean tech and electrolysis
-Decarbonization initiatives by NTPC & more
-Har Ghar Solar movement
-Policy frameworks for green energy
