Happy Republic Day 2022: India marks Januar as its Republic Day every year. In 2022, the country is celebrating its 73rd Republic Day. While India gained independence from the British Raj in 1947, it wasn't until
January 26, 1950, that the Indian Constitution came into effect, and India became a sovereign state, declaring it republic. Dr BR Ambedkar headed the Drafting Committe of the Constitution. Additionally, Constitution Day is celebrated in India on November 26 every year, as on
November 26, 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India.
Republic Day is celebrated with much pomp all acrosst country. The main attraction of Republic Day celebratior the annual parade which begins at Rajpath, Delhi, and er at the India Gate. On this day, the country's President ho the flag at Rajpath, New Delhi. The ceremonious event a showcases India's cultural and social heritage, parades airshows by the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air
Force.

Teamwork is working together of people to achieve a certain goal. Teamwork is the basic need for an organization to function. Furthermore, every organization has a division of several teams to perform specific tasks.
Without teamwork nothing is possible. Moreover, if any organization lacks teamwork. Then it will hamper its success rate. Thus the organization will fall. Also, it will affect the environment the people are working in.
Furthermore, the organization has a different hierarchy of teamwork. So that the workload gets divided. And each team has an expert who guides different team members
with his prior experience.

Election Commission of India is celebrating 12th National Voters Day on 25th January 2022.
The theme for this year's NVD, 'Making Elections Inclusive,
Accessible and Participative, envisages focus on ECf's commitment to facilitate active participation of voters during the elections and to make the complete process hassle free and a memorable experience for all categories
of voters.
Hon'ble Vice President of India, Shri Shri M. Venkaiah
Naidu has consented to be the Chief Guest for the national
function. However, due to his inability to attend the function in person, his message will be virtually delivered during the function. Union Minister for Law and Justice, Shri Kiren
Rijijuwill grace the function as the Guest of Honour
To mark the occasion, National Awards for the Best
Electoral Practises for the year 2021-22 will be conferred on
State and District level officers for their outstanding performance in the conduct of elections in different spheres such as IT initiatives, Security Management,
Election Management, Accessible Elections and
contribution in the field of voter awareness and outreach.
National Awards will also be given to important stakeholders like government departments, ECl icons and media groups for their valuable contribution towards voters
awareness.
