NCWEB Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB) The Board began functioning in September, 1944 with 3 students.

In 1943, NCWEB or Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board was formalized under the umbrella of University of Delhi. At present, the enrolment is more than 12,000 students. NCWEB is only for women students residing in the National capital Territory of Delhi.
